@@ప్రజలు పొదుపు చేసే మొత్తంలో.. నగదు వాటా 2011–12లో 11.4 శాతం కాగా... 2017–18 నాటికి ఏకంగా 25.2 శాతానికి ఎగిసింది.

@@డిపాజిట్ల రూపంలో దాచుకునే మొత్తం 57.9 నుంచి 28 శాతానికి పడిపోయింది.

@@చలామణిలో ఉన్న మొత్తం బ్యాంకు నోట్ల విలువలో ప్రజలు కరెన్సీ రూపంలో తమ దగ్గర దాచుకున్న నోట్ల విలువ 2011–12 నుంచి 2015–16 మధ్య 9–12 శాతంగా ఉండేది. 2017–18 లో ఇది 26 %కి పెరిగిపోయింది.

@@ఆర్‌బీఐ 2018 నాటి నివేదిక ప్రకారం.. రద్దయిన నోట్లలో ఏకంగా 99.3% నోట్లు బ్యాంకులకు తిరిగొచ్చాయి. పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు తర్వాత.. వాటికన్నా అధిక విలువుండే రూ.2,000 నోట్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టారు.

@@ రద్దు చేసిన పెద్ద నోట్ల విలువ రూ. 15.41 లక్షల కోట్లు, బ్యాంకింగ్‌ వ్యవస్థలోకి తిరిగొచ్చినది రూ. 15.30 లక్షల కోట్లు, వ్యవస్థలోకి తిరిగి రాని కరెన్సీ విలువ రూ. 10,720కోట్లు, తిరిగొస్తుందని ప్రభుత్వం అంచనా రూ. 10 లక్షల కోట్లు.

@@ఆర్‌బీఐ, ఎన్‌పీసీఐ గణాంకాల ప్రకారం 2016లో యూపీఐ ద్వారా 30 బ్యాంకుల నుంచి రూ.100 కోట్ల విలువైన 0.2 మిలియన్ల లావాదేవీలు జరిగాయి.

@@2018లో 128 బ్యాంకుల నుంచి రూ.74,978 కోట్ల విలువైన 482 మిలియన్ల లావాదేవీలు జరిగాయి.

@@ పాయింట్‌ ఆఫ్‌ సేల్స్‌ (పీవోఎస్‌) మెషీన్లలో డెబిట్‌ కార్డుల స్వైపింగ్‌ ద్వారా జరిగిన లావాదేవీల సంఖ్య 0.8 బిలియన్ల  నుంచి 3.3 బిలియన్లకు... మొబైల్‌ వాలెట్ల లావాదేవీలు 0.32 బిలియన్ల నుంచి 3.4 బిలియన్లకు పెరిగాయి.

@@ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో జీడీపీ వృద్ధి ముందుగా అంచనా వేసినట్లు 6.8 శాతం కాకుండా 6.1 శాతానికే పరిమితం కావొచ్చని ఆర్‌బీఐ ఇటీవలే పేర్కొంది. మూడీస్‌ వంటి అంతర్జాతీయ రేటింగ్‌ ఏజెన్సీలు  5.8%కే పరిమితం కావొచ్చని చెబుతున్నాయి. మందగమనానికి నోట్ల రద్దుతో పాటు ఇతరత్రా అంశాలూ కారణంగా మారుతున్నాయి.

@@ నోట్ల రద్దుతో వినియోగం గణనీయంగా దెబ్బతింది. ఉద్యోగాల కోత, ఆదాయాల తగ్గుదలకు, డిమాండ్‌ మరింత పడిపోవడానికి దారి తీసింది.

నలుగురు భారతీయ అమెరికన్లు తాజాగా అమెరికాలో కీలక పదవులకు ఎన్నికయ్యారు.
